The Design of the M32 Swiss Army Canteen was approved 18.06.1932 by the Swiss War Department and was slightly changed in the Post WWII years.
This Swiss Army Canteen was made by "SIGG" in 1945 according to the stamping, Cup made by "SIGG" according to the stamping. The Canteen and Cup can hold 0.64 Liter each and are made out of aluminum. The canteens were green until 1943 when the War Department called back all canteens, mess kits and helmets and painted them grey. Post WWII canteens were black. The cup don't have folding handles, only Post WWII (After 1961) cups have this feature.
Canteen and Cup show some use and wear (dents, paint loss, scratches).
