Shipping/Returns
For orders received before 4 pm EST Monday – Friday, packages will be shipped the same day.  Orders received after 4 pm EST (or on holidays or weekends) will be shipped the following business day.
So, expect a delay in response time as it may be longer.
Approved items may be returned if the item was damaged during shipping or if the item was incorrectly described or distorted by us. The buyers responsible for Return Shipping if the Buyer: Changes their mind or did not like + 15% Restocking Fee.
Approved Returns must be in the same condition as received/sold to. Once we have received the returned item a full refund will be issued.
