These are sterling silver vermeil earrings and freshwater cultured pearls . The earrings are for pierced ears. The earrings are about  2 1/8"" x 5/16".

Pearls are organic and are composed of calcium carbonate and require proper care.
CARE
Store pearls in a velvet or soft material drawstring bag. Close clasps to prevent scratching the pearls. Store away from other jewelry to prevent scratching. Don't store in a plastic bag. Don't hang pearls it could cause stretching. Store flat. Don't store in sunlight or near heat.
Put pearls on after apply cosmetics, hairspray and perfume. Don't wear when doing housework, playing sport, bathing or swimming. Avoid contact with vinegar, fruit juice and detergents..
Don't use harsh chemicals and acid. Don't use an ultrasonic cleaner or jewelry cleaner. Wipe with a soft cloth after wearing to remove perspiration. If using water use only distilled water and dab with a soft cloth and wipe dry. Tap water contains chlorine which is not good for pearls. Don't clean with a brush. Don't stretch pearls when cleaning.
