    Description

Star Trek TNG / DS9 / Voyager Hand-Held Tricorder Scanner
A recent professional build, screen accurate to the scanners used on all 3 shows.
These are extremely rare to find as a static prop, let alone fully functional with lights.
It has a blinking flat top green LED at the top, with circling red LEDs inside and around the clear lens.
The bottom screws off, allowing access to four (4) LR1130 button batteries that power it.
Pressing the brass button on the side activates the scanner.
As you can see in the photos, it is a beautiful, accurate, well made prop.
Like all of my creations, a great deal of care and detail went into the process.
It is also very precise and accurately machined, and made of genuine aluminum.
Please check out my feedback and website to gain confidence in what I do.
    Have fun and Good Luck!!
    Features included:
Fully active lighting effects that emulate the props on the show
    Accurately machined aluminum scanner parts
Activated by pressing the brass button on the side
Powered with four LR1130 button batteries

    Back Log:
A business partner and I used to design, build and sell electronics to Roddenberry.com for the prop kits they used to have available online.
Recently, I discovered a box in storage containing various sets of those electronics,
which is why I am able to build and make available some of these
    highly desirable and classic props.
Known in public prop forums as "C man", my eBay moniker used to be "Cmaniam".
I have Built, worked on and sold hundreds of props, all with 100% POSITIVE feedback.
And I have NEVER released a prop build from my shop that did not have lights and sound!
Currently, I own a site called cmanprops.com where I display much of my past and current work.
It also contains other information and even cool things that have happened over the years in the Trek prop world
    (see the "Recommendation" page).
There is also a "Contact" page where you can reach out with any questions or comments.
Please feel free to drop by, see some cool stuff and say hi!
