Puchner Bassoon

Description

I'm selling my beautifully restored early model Puchner Bassoon, serial number 6071 narrowed down and logo provided by Puchner in 2017. All keyword was stripped and silvered, repadded, voice checked, and wood refinished stripped and french polished restored.  This instrument plays beautifully and it's a powerhouse that can cut through steel when needed.  I love this bassoon but I am not playing as much as I used to.  I have decided to sell my prized instrument instead of letting it sit around in hopes it goes to the hands of the next owner who will love it and take it next level of performing. There are no cracks, tenons during overhaul never needed any repairing or extending, no boot rot, there are some ding marks in the wood, but for the age, I think it brings character to the instrument.  It comes with a matching Puchner CD2 bocal, and it resides in a sturdy black case and I will include a gig bag.
