RETURNED GOODS
DO NOT RETURN PRODUCTS WITHOUT PRIOR AUTHORIZATION. All items must be new and unused, uninstalled and complete with all parts. There is a 30% restocking fee for all returned items. Shipping charges are not refundable. Damage claims must be submitted within 10 days.  No refunds or exchanges after 30 day of receipt of merchandise.

Packages are shipped F.O.B. Zion, IL. All shipments are fully insured. Any claim for damage must be made to the freight carrier. Do not return products without prior authorization & a damage claim number from shipper.
