We process and ship orders Monday through Friday and are unable to offer weekend or holiday delivery.
We only ship to the 48 contiguous continental United States unless otherwise noted.
We are unable to ship to Hawaii, Alaska and U.S. territories (i.e. Guam, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, etc.)
UNLESS THE ITEM WEIGHS LESS THAN 13 OUNCES.
We are unable to ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
We are unable to select which shipping company will deliver your product. This might affect you if you live in a rural community that does not accept deliveries from any specific shipping company.
Return Policy
All returns must be in original condition that you received in same packing with all accessories and manual. Shipping and a 20% restocking fee will be charged to buyers who return items as defective which are found to be in working condition.
This policy also applies when the buyer changes their mind (buyer remorse); exchanges, refuses shipment, or a cheaper alternative is found elsewhere.
Please make sure to leave original box inside brown box and do not attach labels or write anything on original box.
