    Has velcro to open beneath the rpund part.
    No moving parts.
    Measures 3 1/2 inches wide.
    Made a little larger to fit most poeple.
    I can fit it over my sleeve.
    Will fit most adults but will be a little larger.
    Not adjustable.
    Since hand made there are some flaws.
