HFC M190 Special Forces M9 Full Metal Gas Blowback Airsoft Gun.
Comes with 2 Magazines, both functional but the darker one holds more gas.
This is the full-auto version of the gun, however, even brand new, the full-auto function never worked properly. I'm assuming the auto sear isn't set properly or missing from the factory entirely. Semi-auto works fine though.
Custom trigger spring. It's pretty well known that this model suffers from a bad trigger spring that keeps breaking. I went through 3 or 4 OEM springs, all of which broke. Then I switched to a better Tokyo Marui trigger spring, which also broke after a few months. So eventually I got frustrated and made my own trigger spring out of some cold drawn low carbon steel I had laying around from other projects. This spring has held for almost a year now, and has a slightly higher trigger return force than the OEM spring.
As you can see from the pictures, I also added some texturing to the slide with a file, by gently filing off the cold bluing that was on there from the manufacturer. I think the contrast of the silver metal against the darker grey color of the cold blue gives it a cool distressed/worn aesthetic, but you can be the judge of that.
