The cards are created with Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator and printed on
PVC CR80 Plastic Cards measuring 85.6 x 54mm (3.375 x 2.125 inches)
in full colour, front and back.

Make sure that all spellings are correct as what I receive is what goes on the card.

If we don't receive the information for a custom field then it may be left blank or a default value used instead.
Delays in sending this information or delays in responding to emails in a reasonable amount of time will lead to delays or cancellation of your order.

These items are made and dispatched from Europe. Items are usually dispatched within 1-2 working days. No orders are processed on Weekends or Public Holidays. After dispatch, delivery usually takes approximately:

is the cheaper but less secure option, and in almost every case will take longer to arrive.
There is no tracking available for Economy Shipping. Please choose Standard Shipping if you need tracking on your parcel.
All Customised cards will be sent via
Tracked Shipping
. It's usually a lot faster and safer as your custom card may contain your photo and personal information. It also requires a signature on delivery.
If your order contains a customised card, then your entire order will be upgraded from

Failure to sign for deliveries or refusal to sign for deliveries will result in additional shipping charges if your item is returned to sender and needs to be posted again.
