The outer plush itself is in good preowned condition- normal signs of wear being played with including loose stitching/minor undoing of stitching in places (flyaways).     Tips of hands and feet have beans in them. The hat is stuffed with material like plush for it to poofy the way it is. The outside of the hat is a satin material.When the ends of the sleeves are rolled up, the polka dots can still be seen from the inside out. All red parts of the dress are a satin material. There is a lining on the dress that is a rough, but soft, meshy netting black material. The bow and the polka dots of the dress are just fabric.Plastic red beads choker necklace on a white thread. The red part and polka dot part of the dress are separate fabric and does not extend over the other. The red part of the dress is red front and inside and then the whole fabric turns into polka dots. The outer part of the dress- the polka and the red are divided by the black mesh material
    The bow can be tied and untied on the back. The back center is where the bow is sewn into the bear. The rest of the bow is not sewn on and can be lifted and pulled over the head if wanted.
    The battery compartment is on the bum and is hidden away by a zipper that can be zipped and unzipped.The fabric backing of the unzipped plush to the battery compartment is a smooth mesh fabric material.
    There is a taped down (appears to have lost ts original stickiness due to age) warning label on the outside of the battery compartment about battery use. Multiple listed warnings (notably says "Do not use rechargeable batteries")
    Has on/off switch near battery compartment originally used to turn on/off the signing and animation of item. When the switch is on, the left hand can be squeezed to turn on/off the item.
