    Description

    This is a delightful Victorian Doll size Toy or possibly a Salesman's Sample - a Tin COOK STOVE. It measures about 8" x 12" x 5" high - 14" tall to the top of the removable smoke stack (be sure to look inside the stack for an old Antiques Roadshow article). There are 4 open "burners" with fitted pots - 2 double handled soup pots with lids, 1 handled saucepan with lid and 1 tea kettle with lid, all with porcelain knobs/handle - 2 silver metal oven doors with operating latches - 2 removable alcohol burners. The stove has a pressed design in the black tin body and 4 Lion's Paw Feet. It is not marked - believed to be made in Germany circa 1880-1900.
