This is a beautiful antique vapor stove. This is an extremely rare stove and is the most interesting and popular item in our antique store collection.  This piece belongs in a museum and is one of a kind! The top of the vapor stove has a solid brass tank for fuel This chamber is then pressurized and fuels the 3 antique burners. The stove has a patent date of 1880. The stove was manufactured in Chicago, IL.  This is an all original piece. The only modification was the removable piece of wood used as a shelving unit. The piece is on casters and moves perfectly smooth on our carpeted floor store. This is definitely a statement piece for any avid stove collector or home decorator.  G.M. Clark was one of the first stove makers in the 19th century from Chicago to come out with this vapor stove design.
