    Description

    ANTIQUE CONN WOODEN BASSOON ser. # 8r 1054 "for parts" Yamaha case.
    This instrument is in need of restoration, it has no serious damage to describe but will need refinished...it has all of its pads and it appears it was in use when put into storage years ago.
    There are four small screw holes seen in the seventh photo (possibly a missing guard?) Serial # 8R 1054...1 bocal is marked Amati * 2 the other bocal (has plating loss down to the brass) it is marked 2 C it also has a logo that is worn so I don't know the brand.
    This instrument seems very restorable and I offer as is for parts and restoration, I believe it is 1895 first year of production for this instrument, thank you
