Condition: Excellent in my opinion for it's age. Items of note: There is one sketch in pen on the inside of the front cover. A tiny ding in the rear cover just above the fourth from the rear segment of the carrion crawler. Although tiny; this ding did impact the last 3 pages of the book. A small bleed through on the bottom of the cover page. Otherwise no ownership markings, pages are clean and bright. Binding is tight, square and secure. Minor signs of wear to the covers and edges. Corners have minor wear and bumping. Picture is of actual item listed. Ready for years of exciting play!
